DEFINITIONS

  • “Summit” refers to the Posture Mastery Summit, including both the 3-day and 5-day sessions, and any related materials or activities provided by the organizers.

  • “Attendee,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the individual or entity registering for and participating in the Summit.

  • “Organizers,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to the company or entity hosting the Posture Mastery Summit.

  • “Tuition,” “Summit Access Fees” are interchangeable and refers to the section of the fees not including the initial deposit, materials fees, venue fees.

Please be advised that he is not a medical doctor (MD) or a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) in the United States. This summit is designed as a purely educational program. The content, demonstrations, and techniques discussed are for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any health condition. All hands-on practice will be performed exclusively on anatomical dummy models.

California Residents/Attendees: You acknowledge your awareness and agree to follow accordingly to the California Business and Professions Code, which restricts the diagnosis and treatment of human health conditions to state-licensed individuals.

New York Residents/Attendees: You acknowledge and agree to follow accordingly to New York’s Education Law, which prohibits the unlicensed practice of medicine, chiropractic, and other defined healing arts

Georgia Residents/Attendees: You acknowledge your awareness of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (O.C.G.A.) Title 43, Chapter 9, which governs the practice of chiropractic. You understand that performing spinal adjustments, analyzing, or diagnosing human ailments requires a license issued by the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Attendees from All Other States and Jurisdictions: You acknowledge that the practice of licensed healthcare professions is regulated by your state or jurisdiction. You affirm your personal responsibility to be aware of your local laws and agree that your attendance is for educational purposes only and does not grant you license or authority to practice any regulated profession.

You affirm that you are not attending this event for the purpose of receiving medical treatment or to learn how to provide diagnosis or treatment to others, but solely for personal educational and enrichment purposes.

Legal Terms & Conditions

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided before, during, and after the Posture Mastery Summit, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, videos, audio recordings, and educational techniques, are the exclusive intellectual property of the event organizers and/or its instructors. These materials are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, distribution, or public exhibition of any event content is strictly prohibited. Your registration grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the provided materials, including the “Lifetime Replay Access.” Sharing your login credentials or access to the replay library is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

EVENT POLICY AND CODE OF CONDUCT
To ensure a professional and respectful learning environment for all attendees, we reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove any individual from the summit, without refund, for any behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of our code of conduct. The event schedule, location, and instructors are subject to change without prior notice, though we will make every effort to provide advance notification of any significant modifications. In the unlikely event of a full event cancellation by the organizers, attendees will be entitled to a full refund of their tuition fee.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING RELEASE
By attending the Posture Mastery Summit, you acknowledge and agree that the event will be photographed and recorded (video and audio). You grant the event organizers the irrevocable royalty-free right and license to use footage and audio of your appearance at this summit in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, for any educational, promotional, and commercial purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify our event staff upon arrival.

PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment of the specified tuition fee is required at the time of registration to secure your spot at the Summit. Your registration is not considered confirmed until full payment is received and a confirmation email has been sent by us. All fees are payable in United States Dollars (USD) via the payment methods specified on the registration page. The Attendee is responsible for any and all applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with the transaction. This policy is subject to the terms of our “Risk-Free Satisfaction Guarantee” as detailed in our Offer Disclosures.

CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND TRANSFER POLICY

Cancellation by Attendee: Except as explicitly provided under our “Risk-Free Satisfaction Guarantee,” all tuition fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the Summit, you may request to transfer your registration to another individual by providing written notice to us at least seven (7) days prior to the event start date. The transfer is subject to approval by the Organizers.

Cancellation by Organizers: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Summit for any reason. In the event of a cancellation initiated by the Organizers, you will be entitled to a full refund of your paid tuition fee, or a free rescheduling to an alternate summit of ours in the United States at a future date. Our liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid, and we will not be liable for any other costs, expenses, or losses incurred by the Attendee (such as travel or accommodation).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Organizers, their employees, and instructors for any and all claims arising out of or related to your participation in the Summit shall not exceed the total tuition fee paid by you for the Summit.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizers, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and instructors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your actions, your violation of these terms, or your application or misuse of the information and Materials provided at the Summit.

FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure is the result of a Force Majeure event. A “Force Majeure” event shall mean any cause beyond a party’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, war, riots, civil commotions, government action, or public health emergencies that make it illegal, impossible, or inadvisable to hold the Summit. If the Summit is canceled due to a Force Majeure event, Organizers will make a reasonable effort to reschedule the event or offer a credit for a future event.

Offer Disclosures

OVERVIEW OF PERKS
Your registration for the Posture Mastery Summit may include certain perks as described in our marketing materials. These perks are a privilege, not a right, and are governed by the specific, strict terms and conditions outlined below. Your acceptance of these terms is a condition of your registration.

TERMS FOR EXCLUSIVE PERKS

* The Infinite Mastery Refresh Pass
The Infinite Mastery Refresh Pass is available exclusively to graduates of the 5-day Advanced Full Session. This pass allows graduates to attend a future Posture Mastery Summit of the same duration, subject to the following conditions:

Availability: Attendance is strictly on a space-available basis. Priority is always given to new, full-tuition attendees. We cannot always guarantee that a seat will be available at any specific future Summit, though will make a reasonable effort to accommodate passholders.

Registration: Passholders must register their intent to attend at least fourteen (14) days prior to the desired Summit’s start date. We will confirm seat availability no later than seven (7) days before the event.

Fees: The pass covers the core tuition fee only. A non-refundable materials and venue fee may be required to secure your spot. This often is around 10% of the tuition fee, but is subject to change based on location.

Non-Transferable: The pass is strictly non-transferable and holds no cash value.

Geographic Limitation: This offer is valid only for Summits held within the United States of America.

** Certificate of Mastery
The Certificate of Mastery is provided to attendees who successfully complete the full 5-day summit. Please be advised of the following terms and limitations associated with this certificate:

For Educational Purposes Only: The content of the summit and this Certificate of Mastery are intended for educational and informational purposes only. The program is designed to recognize the attendee’s dedication and completion of the course curriculum.

Not a Professional Licensure: This certificate is not a state-recognized or government-endorsed professional license. It does not grant the holder any legal authority to practice in any regulated profession.

No Authorization for Medical Use: The holder of this certificate is not authorized to perform any medical services, including but not limited to diagnosing, treating, or providing advice on any medical or psychological condition. The information presented during the summit should not be considered a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Attendee Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the certificate holder to be aware of, and comply with, all local, state, and federal laws governing professional practice in their jurisdiction.

By accepting this Certificate of Mastery, the recipient acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.

*** Lifetime Replay Access
Graduates may receive access to a digital library of educational content. This access is subject to the following terms:

Content Availability: Access is provided to digital recordings of educational content from select recordings for as long as the content is maintained. We reserve the sole right to determine which Summit sessions are recorded and made available in the replay library. There is no guarantee that any specific Summit or session will be recorded or included.

Access License: This provides a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view the content. Sharing your login credentials or distributing the content is a violation of these terms and will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your access without a refund.
